Baker / Prep Cook

Shifts: wed-mon 6:00am - 2pm

Job Description

  • Assist w/ daily bakery production

  • Prepare ingredients & follow recipes accurately

  • Portion, bake, decorate, package, & label products

  • Maintain cleanliness & organization of workstations & equipment

  • Follow all food safety & sanitation procedures

  • Help ensure products meet quality & presentation standards

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Reliable transportation & consistent attendance

  • Ability to work scheduled shifts

  • Availability to work mornings, weekends, & holidays as needed

  • Ability to lift & carry up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication & teamwork skills

  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, & production schedules

  • Ability to work independently & as a part of a team

  • Must maintain a clean & professional appearance

  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous bakery, café, restaurant, or food-service experience

Barista / counter associate

Shifts: Mon & Wed-Fri 7:00am - 1:00pm & 11:00aM - 5:00pm

sat-sun 7:00am - 12:00pm & 10:00am - 3:00pm

Job Description

  • Greet customers & provide exception customer service

  • Operate POS system to take customer orders & process transactions

  • Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, matcha beverages, teas, & other beverages

  • Package bakery items & prepare customer orders

  • Answer customer questions regarding menu items & ingredients

  • Restock cups, lid, bakery items, & café supplies

  • Prepare house syrups, garnishes, & beverage components as directed

  • Maintain cleanliness & organization of the café, service area, & workstations

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, & company standards

Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years or older

  • Reliable & punctual attendance

  • Ability to work scheduled shifts as assigned

  • Availability to work mornings, weekends, & holidays as needed

  • Ability to lift & carry up to 30 pounds

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication & customer service skills

  • Friendly, positive, & professional demeanor

  • Ability to multitask & remain organized during busy periods

  • Ability to work independently & as a part of a team

  • Must maintain a clean & professional appearance

  • Ability to operate a POS system & handle customer questions
